Welcome to Golden Autumn Adult Care Home, an assisted living home for Veterans. We are a licensed assisted living home in Arizona. Plus, we also offer Local and Nationwide Placement Services.

Golden Autumn Adult Home Care has been a community leader in geriatric care since 1998. We like to think of our home as a place for family, for expressing our love of life. Indeed, we consider it the backbone of our approach to elderly care. We specialize in the care of military veterans and their families, as many of our residents come from military and federal services backgrounds.

OUR SERVICES

SUPERVISION

Twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, a certified manager assists the residents with all of their needs.

MEALS

Three daily, nutritious, home-cooked meals and snacks.

MEDICATION ADMINSTRATION

Residents are reminded to take medication in the proper amounts and at the prescribed times. Per Doctor orders overscene by one of our two med techs.

PERSONALIZED CARE

Quality of life is important to every Veteran and their families. A care plan is developed for each resident to provide personalized care that meets each resident’s personal needs on a daily basis, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and other activities of daily life.

HOUSEKEEPING

Provided on a regular basis. Personalized housekeeping available.

LINEN/LAUNDRY

All laundry and linen services are provided with the home on a regular basis.
